Der Dokumentarfilm „Anti-Authoritarians at War“ von Manon Boltansky und Nico Dix erzählt die Geschichte von anarchistischen und antiautoritären Aktivist*innen, die sich in der Ukraine nach dem Beginn der russischen Vollinvasion dem Widerstand angeschlossen haben. Er begleitet die Erfahrungen von Kämpfern und Freiwilligen, die sich in autonomen und solidaritätsbasierten Netzwerken organisieren, und beleuchtet sowohl die militärischen als auch die politischen und solidarischen Dimensionen des Widerstands. Gedreht wurde er im Sommer 2024 in Kyiv, Charkiw und Izium.

The documentary „Anti-Authoritarians at War“ by Manon Boltansky and Nico Dix tells the story of anarchist and anti-authoritarian activists who joined the resistance in Ukraine after the Russian invasion. It follows the experiences of fighters and volunteers who chose to organize themselves through autonomous and solidarity-based networks, showing both the military dimension as well as the political and mutual-aid aspects of the resistance. It was filmed in summer 2024 in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Izium.
